Key Publishing enhances their membership offerings with Jellyfish's web library solution
The publisher of over 20 leading aviation, transport, military and hobby titles has partnered with Jellyfish
Key Publishing, the publisher of over 20 leading aviation, transport, military and hobby titles has partnered with Jellyfish to enhance the digital edition reading experience within their membership offerings, including Key.Aero.
The Jellyfish web reader, embedded securely behind the paywall of nine Key sites, provides subscribers with seamless access to the latest digital editions of Key’s renowned titles. Subscribers can enjoy these editions alongside in-depth news, exclusive videos, features and interviews. In addition to the consumer-facing sites, editions and bookazines are also available in Key’s planning portal, used to provide advertisers with proof of placement.
The project represents a further deepening of the relationship between Jellyfish and Key Publishing, which began in 2011 with the launch of the Key portfolio's iOS and Google Play apps and their launch on Pocketmags. The digital versions on each platform - apps, Pocketmags, member and advertiser embedded web editions - are served by the same single upload to the Jellyfish system, providing significant workflow optimisation and the benefit of a ready-made archive spanning more than 10 years.
Patrick Knight, Head of Product at Jellyfish said: “It’s always a pleasure to work with the team at Key, as it has been since the early days of working together, and this project has been no different. We’re delighted that we can help to elevate the various membership offerings and help to streamline workflows and content delivery.”
Laura Allitt, Product Manager at Key.Aero said: “Being able to offer our customers and clients access to all our back catalogue of digital issues from within their existing customer journey has greatly enhanced our offering. Collaboration with Jellyfish is always a creative two-way conversation and a beneficial partnership.”
